  • Clients: NSW Department of Transport, Justice Connect, honahlee

    • Conducted usability research on a new AI assisted intake process for Justice Connect.

    • Planned, conducted and analysed usability research on a vehicle safety prototype for NSW Transport across multiple personas and learning outcomes.

    • Redesigned honahlee’s main site to improve conversion and understanding of the ways they support medical cannabis patients.

    • Redesigned honahlee’s prescriptions management app Scripts for greater usability, patient autonomy and fast, accurate orders. Designed a new Script Wallet feature for automatically updated prescriptions of cannabis medicine.

  • Client: The Australian Institute of Company Directors

    • Supported a rapid scoping sprint to identify opportunities to increase membership value. I delivered future state sketches, journeys and user flows in just 3 weeks.

    • Collaborated with a team of designers to create a scalable, reusable DS library supported with detailed design documentation, conforming to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

    • Worked closely with the client to achieve a pragmatic solution that is fit-for-purpose and ready for adoption across the business - balancing brand adherence, design maturity in the client’s organisation and a high standard of user experience.

    • Principle UX/UI designer across multiple enterprise products facilitating customers, large and small, to connect to the energy grid.

    • I collaborated with stakeholders to balance business goals, customer needs and technology limitations to deliver enterprise products with a thoughtful, innovative and intuitive user experience.

  • Clients: World Vision International, Kids First Australia, Dhumba Murmuk Djerring Unit (Court Services Victoria), Service Victoria, Endeavour Energy

    • Led discovery research for Kids First Australia to identify opportunities for developing a professional learning product about consent and respectful relationships for high school educators.

    • Created a product concept to support funding applications based on qualitative insights.

  • Clients: NSW Dept of Customer Service (DCS), The National Mental Health Commission, Parliament of NSW, Gumtree, Silverchain, University of Technology Sydney, Kincare, Gumtree, Mortgage Choice, GrainGrowers

    • I planned, conducted and analysed usability testing studies to identify opportunities for greater engagement and ease of navigation for NSW Department of Customer Service.

    • Designed and validated product features with professionals to develop a platform for workplace mental health for the National Mental Health Commission.

    • Informed future design and dev efforts for the digital transformation of the Parliament of NSW website through stakeholder interviews and user journey mapping.

    • Grew and maintained a Dovetail repository that engaged wider stakeholders as part of a long term, new feature discovery for Gumtree.
